Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation leader to drive deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across the region, ensuring global standards are applied while meeting local business needs.

You will oversee end-to-end deployment planning, data migration, cutover, hyper-care, and stabilization, coordinating across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and HR, and partnering with regional stakeholders to deliver deployments on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Finance transformation deployments.
• Experience with complex integrations and data migration.
• Experience driving organizational change and agile ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership presence.
• Expertise in S/4HANA Finance (Account to Report) and SAP Central Finance.
• Familiarity with I2C, P2P, Asset Management, Treasury or Finance Master Data Management is a plus.

• Co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals across multiple domains and locations
