Responsibilities

Develop and own the overall cutover strategy, approach, and governance framework
Create and maintain integrated cutover plans across business, application, data migration, infrastructure, security, and reporting workstreams
Define cutover scope, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and contingency plans
Establish governance, communication, escalation, and decision-making processes
Lead end-to-end cutover execution across project workstreams
Manage command center activities during mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and production go-live
Coordinate pre-cutover, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live tasks
Monitor progress and ensure critical path activities are completed on time
Manage issue resolution and stakeholder communications
Plan and execute mock cutovers and go-live readiness assessments
Measure cutover performance, drive lessons learned, and implement continuous improvements
Coordinate functional, technical, business, and third-party teams
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, status meetings, and leadership reviews
Present readiness status, risks, and mitigation plans to program leadership and steering committees
Coordinate data migration, system freezes, extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading
Ensure transports, integrations, infrastructure, security, and batch scheduling activities are completed
Manage rollback and fallback plans
Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and risk logs
Coordinate hypercare and monitor production stability, defect resolution, business adoption, and stabilization metrics
Facilitate project closure, knowledge transfer, and transition to support operations
Lead cutover solutioning for SAP implementation and transformation pursuits
Define cutover approaches, governance, mock cutover strategies, and hypercare models for proposals
Prepare effort estimates, staffing models, timelines, and cost estimates
Contribute to RFP, RFI, and proposal responses
Support client workshops, solution presentations, and proposal defense activities
