Job summary

Mettsenia Solutions is seeking a Finance & MIS Executive to oversee financial reporting and manage MIS dashboards across operations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and NCR.

The role involves preparing monthly reports, maintaining accounts, assisting with GST, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, knowledge of accounting software, and fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Role & responsibilities

We're looking for a Finance & MIS Executive to manage financial reporting, MIS dashboards, and reconciliations supporting our growing operations across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and NCR.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports P&L summaries, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Maintain and reconcile books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books/equivalent ERP
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations
• Assist in GST and TDS computations, return filings, and statutory compliance coordination with CA/auditors
• Track receivables from Razorpay/payment gateway settlements and reconcile against MettsPe/MettsCred transaction data
• Maintain inventory and stock valuation records (meters, hardware) in coordination with operations team
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based dashboards for management review
• Support internal and statutory audit requirements with documentation and schedules
• Assist in vendor invoice processing, payment approvals, and AP/AR tracking

Preferred candidate profile

• Telgu/Hindi/English must to support customer
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling basics)
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance requirements
• Good understanding of accounting principles (accruals, reconciliations, ledgers)
• Ability to interpret financial data and present clear MIS summaries to management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Support internal and statutory audit requirements with documentation and schedules
