  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel and planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GCC leadership to drive location efficiencies across functions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
  • Drive cost transparency and productivity initiatives.
  • Drive business modelling and financial modelling with optimal benefits.
  • Support service pricing, chargeback models and transfer pricing coordination.
  • Evaluate business cases, CAPEX and automation projects.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning for 500+ employees.
  • Lead month-end management reporting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies.
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders, HR, procurement, operations and shared services.
  • Coordinate statutory and internal audits driving compliance and risk mindset.
  • Support expansion and GCC scaling initiatives where applicable.

Job description

Role Purpose

Act as the commercial and financial partner for the Bengaluru GCC, supporting leadership in driving profitable growth, operational excellence, cost optimization, workforce planning, investment governance and strategic decision making across multiple service lines supporting Vacuum and Photonics businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with GCC leadership to drive the location, bringing in efficiencies across functions.

Required Qualifications
  • CA
  • 12-15 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Strong experience in FP&A, business finance, controlling and performance management.
  • GCC, shared services, engineering, manufacturing technology or industrial solutions experience preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel and planning tools.
Domain Experience Preferred
  • Industrial technology, engineering, vacuum technology, photonics, manufacturing or high-tech industries.
  • Experience supporting R&D, engineering, supply chain, service operations or product organizations.
  • Exposure to global matrix organizations.

A senior finance leader capable of partnering with GCC and global business leadership, balancing strategic business support with rigorous financial control, and creating actionable insights that improve growth, productivity and profitability.
