This role requires good engineering knowledge of the latest Electro – Mechanical processes and use of advanced software functions in equipment control and operation. The primary objective is to provide timely support to the customers using MKS Atotech Equipment. In this role, you will report to the Service Manager – Equipment (Location : Mysore)**You Will Make an Impact By:*** Equipment Support : Providing equipment support to customers by providing immediate response and critical support on-site during machine breakdown to achieve the targeted MTTR. Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures, implement retrofit / upgradation of equipment whenever necessary to ensure targeted MTBF and machine availability* Support to Auxillary equipment : Work closely with product management teams, Regional teams and Tech Centers and implement auxillary equipment strategy to ensure optimum chemistry performance at customers.* Training : Provide necessary training to customer personnel to implement periodic maintenance schedules and resolve breakdowns.* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and partners in the region. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.* Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of Travel is required.**Skills You Bring:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Strong Electro – mechanical knowledge is required.
