The role covers working capital management, GST/TDS/Income Tax filings, and ERP- and internal-control implementations to enhance profitability and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CA & prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with AS, company law, FEMA, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct final and statutory audits, GST & TDS returns, income tax returns, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.
• Manage working capital and analyze current ratios for optimization.
• Prepare P&L, analyze revenue and expenses for profitability.
• Assist auditors and file ROC forms and MCA e-forms under Companies Act 2013.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Coordinate with CA & prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and other relevant reports.
• 2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS), company law requirements, FEMA regulations, and other relevant laws.
• 3. Conduct final audits, statutory audits, GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns, and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial records
• 4. Provide guidance on financial matters to management team members. Prepare & Present MIS Reports to Management.
• 5. Prepare and Provide financial information to investors as per their requirement.
• 6. Manage working capital effectively by analyzing current ratios and identifying areas for improvement.
• 7. Calculate and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciled discrepancies.
• 8. Prepare profit and loss statements, analyze revenue and expenses to determine profitability. Provide detailed financial reports to management for decision-making.
• 9. Assisted auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
• 10. Preparation of necessary document and Annual filling of forms with Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• 11. Preparation and filling of necessary forms with MCA portal pursuant to the provision of the companies act 2013 such as e forms DIR 12, DIR - 3KYC, AOC 4 , MGT 7 ,MGT 14 ,PAS 3 ,DPT 3 returns etc.
• 12. Verify and processes invoices for goods and services received, ensure compliance with company policies. Handle discrepancies and resolve invoice-related issues with vendors and internal departments.
• 13. Responsible to file all the returns (TDS / GST / Income Tax / PT etc.) on time and accurately in consultation with consultant.
• 14. Focuses on overall cost reduction at all levels to enhance profitability.
• 15. Make & review business agreements with customers & suppliers.
• 16. Presentation of Company to the Customers, Vendors & any other external agency.
• 17. Manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation.
• 18. Oversee financial analysis and reporting to ensure accurate financial statements.
• 19. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain records accordingly.
• 20. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of finance-related tasks.
• 21. Prepare working for GST and Income Tax Notices in consultation with the consultant.
