Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and company expenses
• Handle accounts payable, receivable and outstanding payments
• Ensure proper accounting, taxation and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, clients and vendors
• Handle client financial queries, payment discussions and follow-ups
• Monitor cost control and profitability
• Review invoices, payments, receipts and financial transactions
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls
• Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures
• Lead and supervise the finance/accounts team
• Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Use Advanced Excel, ERP/accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Present financial performance and key insights to senior management

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Excellent skills in Financial Reporting, MIS and Cash Flow Management
• Good knowledge of Taxation, Audit & Statutory Compliance
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software
