Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions in Pimpri is seeking a Finance Manager with 8-15 years of experience to lead financial operations. You will manage financial planning, MIS reporting, project accounting, working capital, and taxation, while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires CA/MBA/CMA or equivalent, robust Excel/MIS skills, and experience with ERP systems like Tally/SAP/Oracle. You will interact with banks, auditors and international partners.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial controls.
• Experience in project accounting and project profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of working-capital management and cash-flow planning.
• Experience in domestic and international business transactions.
• Working knowledge of export/import transactions and foreign exchange.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Familiarity with FEMA/RBI requirements relating to overseas transactions will be an advantage.
• Strong Excel and MIS skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
