Nexo, a leading global Telecom Solutions company, is seeking a Finance Manager – Project Finance (Telecom Business) to lead Finance & Accounts for its Telecom Products & Services business.

This strategic role partners with senior management to drive financial control, MIS, project accounting, bid costing, cost management, and robust financial processes across service operations, ensuring profitability and compliance in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• CA qualified with 16–19 years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Strong experience in project accounting and service business finance.
• Hands-on SAP Project Systems (PS) module experience is essential.
• Excellent budgeting, MIS, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Prior involvement in bid costing and commercial evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting for the Telecom Business.
• Manage receivables, payables, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Set up finance processes for project-based service operations and billing.
• Drive SAP PS implementation for the Service Business.
• Establish SOPs and internal controls with service partners.
• Oversee bid submissions, cost estimation, pricing, and commercial evaluation.
• Track Budget vs. Actuals, perform variance analysis, and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and prevention of revenue leakage.

Our client, a leading global Telecom Solutions company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager – Project Finance (Telecom Business) to lead Finance & Accounts for its Telecom Products & Services business.

This is a strategic business-partnering role focused on financial control, MIS, Project Finance, Project accounting, bid/commercial evaluation, cost management, and establishing robust financial processes for the Telecom Services business.

Preferred Industry: Telecom / Cable / IT Hardware

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting for the Telecom Business
• Manage receivables, payables, cash flow, and financial controls
• Set up finance processes for project-based service operations, billing, and cost tracking
• Drive SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation for the Service Business
• Establish SOPs and internal controls with service partners
• Oversee financial aspects of bid submissions, cost estimation, pricing, and commercial evaluation
• Track project Budget vs. Actuals, conduct variance analysis, and drive profitability improvement
• Ensure compliance, risk management, accurate reporting, and prevention of revenue leakage

We're Looking For

• 16–19 years of Finance & Accounting experience, preferably in Telecom / Cable / IT Hardware
• Qualified CA
• Strong experience in project accounting and service business finance
• Prior hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) module – essential
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost accounting, MIS, variance analysis, and financial controls
• Experience in bid costing, commercial evaluation, and project cost management
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
