Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support in finalizing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variance.
• Prepare and maintain Key Ratios & KPIs (Key performance Indicators)
• Booking Keeping & Accounting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI LODR, Companies Act, Ind AS, etc.)
• Manage reporting timelines and deadlines
• Support in IR (Investor Relations) functions
• Support in projecting activities
• Support Audit & Inspection (Statutory, Internal, Exchanges, SEBI)
• Drive process automation and development.
