Job summary

East Street Group is hiring a Manager / Assistant Manager – Finance & Business Control in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This on-site, full-time role requires CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance

5–8 years of relevant experience

Working directly with the Founder, you will own financial operations, strengthen internal controls and support strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Finance, Accounts & Compliance Oversee daily accounting, reconciliations, receivables and payables. Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance. Coordinate with CAs, auditors and banks.


• Financial Planning & Profitability Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts and MIS reports. Analyse business-wise profitability, find financial leakages and improve cost efficiency.


• Banking & Financial Relationships Manage bank and financial institution relationships, loan documentation and credit facilities. Negotiate charges and financing costs.


• Business Strategy & Startup Support Evaluate new proposals and investments. Build financial projections, feasibility studies and break-even analyses. Help emerging ventures create sustainable, profitable models.

What we're looking for

• Strong grasp of accounting, taxation and financial management


• Proficiency in Tally, advanced Excel and financial reporting


• Experience with banking relationships, audits and statutory compliance-


• Ability to turn financial data into actionable recommendations


• Strong coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Preferred: Experience in growing SMEs, diversified groups, real estate, hospitality or startups
