Job summary

Caspian Infra Projects in Kochi is seeking a Senior Manager Finance to lead all financial management and budgeting activities at the Kerala office. A team of six finance professionals will report to this role, providing strategic insights to the Director Finance.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years in finance, with 4–5 years in a leadership position, preferably in logistics or warehousing. This is a hands-on, governance-focused role in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate finance degree or CA with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 10–12 years finance experience with 4–5 years in a managerial role.
• Preferably in supply chain/logistics/warehousing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting functions including AP/AR, GL, taxation and compliance.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, etc.).
• Manage working capital, banking operations, and cash flow.
• Implement financial controls, processes, and systems to strengthen governance.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Mentor and lead the finance team toward departmental goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, Logistics, Warehousing) to align financial strategies with business growth.

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, etc.).
• Manage working capital, banking operations, and cash flow.
• Implement financial controls, processes, and systems to strengthen governance.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team towards achieving departmental goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

• Full-time Post Graduation in Finance (MBA/M.Com/Equivalent) OR
• CA/CA Inter with relevant industrial experience.

Experience:

• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role in large or mid-sized companies, preferably in supply chain/logistics/warehousing sectors.
