Job summary

Hilton Goa is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the hotel’s finance function, delivering robust controls, reporting, and strategic guidance to operations. You will manage accounting, support the General Manager, and drive value through capital projects and cost optimization.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and a growing finance team, leveraging hotel systems like OnQ, OPERA/MICROS, SUN, and HRLINK to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
• Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
