Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the hotel’s financial operations, provide strategic financial support to the General Manager and team, and maximize value through robust controls and insightful reporting.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital project returns, while developing a capable finance team and driving cost efficiency across the hotel’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
• Skilled in hotel systems: OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
