Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Manager - Credit / Cost / Audit to strengthen financial operations across the hotel. You will oversee credit investigations, manage receivables, and support cost control in storerooms and receiving, ensuring efficient documentation and process discipline to keep hotel operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have a commerce/accounting background, professional accounting qualifications, and experience in managerial operational accounting.

You’ll collaborate with key departments to streamline financial operations, manage cost control across storerooms and receiving, and help minimize food, beverage, and supply expenses. As an Assistant Manager - Credit / Cost / Audit, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Risk & Safety Management: Promote safe work practices to reduce accidents and workers' compensation costs; ensure hazard-free environments.
  • Credit & Financial Oversight: Conduct credit investigations, manage receivables, and ensure timely recovery or cancellation of non-performing accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and partners—wholesalers, travel agents, airlines, and more—to support smooth operations.
  • Time & Document Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure timely credit application updates, and manage filing systems efficiently.
  • Operational Excellence: Process sundry payments, ensure accurate credit entries, and support any additional duties to keep hotel operations running smoothly.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related field; certified in Finance/Accounting
  • Professional accounting qualification preferred
  • Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs.
  • Good communication skills with clients.
  • Possess systems skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/ OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK.
