Job summary

Believe Digital invites a Finance Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end integration of new subsidiaries into the Group. You will oversee governance, define milestones, manage risks and budgets, and serve as the primary liaison between local and central management.

You will drive change management, align finance teams, and coordinate with the Core Model Expert to embed technical and regulatory workstreams within the overall schedule.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of professional experience in finance.
• 5 full seasons within a Big 4 audit firm.
• Finance transformation or finance integration PM experience.
• CA or ACCA qualification.

Job description

Reporting to the Head of PMIF Department, the Finance Integration Project Manager is the guarantor of the operational success, deadlines, and budget of projects aiming to integrate new subsidiaries into the Group. You will orchestrate the deployment from A to Z, serving as the key point of contact for both local and central management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• A) Steering Governance (Subsidiary Finance Executive Committee facing):
  • - Scope the project, define governance, and structure and lead project committees (Local Project Committees, Group Steering Committees).
  • - Build, monitor, and adjust the global integration master plan.
  • - Manage risks, anticipate slippages (deadline/cost), formalize corrective action plans. - Provide regular progress reporting (dashboards) to central management.
  • - Validate key deployment milestones (veto power on scheduling).
• B) Change Management Support
  • - Assess the impact of change on local finance teams.
  • - Drive the communication strategy and user training plans
  • - Ensure alignment, engagement, and mobilization of local stakeholders.
• C) Team Coordination:
  • - Work in close synergy with the Core Model Expert to seamlessly embed technical and regulatory workstreams into the overall schedule.

Must Have:

• - Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including a mandatory requirement of 5 full seasons within an audit firm (Big 4), complemented by significant experience in finance transformation or finance integration project management (ideally within a consulting firm or an international corporate finance department).
• - Technical Skills: Solid foundation in financial audit, combined with a proven mastery of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
• - Soft Skills: Strong influential leadership, diplomacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high resilience in shifting environments. Qualifications
