The ideal candidate has CA with 8+ years PQE, strong NBFC exposure, RBI guidelines, budgeting, forecasting and tax compliance, plus leadership and communication skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant to lead the finance function at Credflow group. This role involves end-to-end ownership of financial operations, investor relations, compliance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage investor relations and fundraising activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions
• Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management
• Lead financial projections, budgeting, and forecasting
• Review and negotiate legal and commercial contracts
• Set up and optimise finance processes and internal controls for NBFC operations
• Monitor regulatory changes and perform impact analysis
• Drive cost optimisation and vendor negotiations
• Track and report key business and financial metrics
• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Prepare MIS reports and board-level presentations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audit closure
• Ensure full compliance with RBI, secretarial, and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Hire, mentor, and manage the finance team
• Handle statutory and internal audits
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure timely RBI compliance and regulatory filings
