Functional Coordination: Plant Heads Sanaswadi & Ranjangaon
Location
Work Location: Sanaswadi & Ranjangaon, Pune (Nagar Road)
Preferred Residence: Pune Nagar Road vicinity
Experience
1015 years (up to 20 years may be considered).
Minimum 45 years leading the finance function of a manufacturing plant/business unit.
Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com with MBA (Finance)
CA Inter / CMA (ICWA) preferred
- Full CA/CMA candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered.
Industry Preference
Automobile, Auto Components, Engineering, Forging, Casting or Manufacturing industry with exposure to high-volume production environments.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Closing
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Maintain strong financial controls and compliance with accounting policies.
- Review journal entries, provisions, accruals and reconciliations.
Business Finance & MIS
- Prepare monthly MIS and performance reports for Plant Management and Corporate Finance.
- Analyse plant profitability, manufacturing variances and operational KPIs.
- Support management through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasts.
- Perform budget versus actual variance analysis.
- Drive cost control across plant functions.
Costing & Manufacturing Finance
- Review standard costing, BOM and routing.
- Ensure accuracy of costing masters in ERP.
- Analyse material, labour and overhead variances.
ERP & Internal Controls
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP with finance and manufacturing modules.
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
Working Capital Management
- Monitor inventory ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Drive receivable collections and credit monitoring.
- Optimize payables and overall cash flow.
Capital Expenditure
- Evaluate CAPEX proposals using ROI, IRR, NPV and Payback analysis.
- Monitor approved CAPEX budgets and capitalization.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS.
- Coordinate statutory, internal and cost audits.
Business Partnering
- Partner with Plant Heads, Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement.
- Support commercial decisions through profitability analysis.
