Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience.
• 812+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Catering / Hospitality / Food Services / Facility Management preferred.
• Strong expertise in MIS, costing, taxation, financial controls and business finance.
• Experience handling multiple companies / business units.
• Excellent Excel, analytical and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Business Finance

• Lead Finance & Accounts for the Catering Business across 3 companies.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Analyse budget vs. actual performance and profitability.
• Evaluate new contracts and support pricing/rate negotiations.
• Provide financial inputs for business decisions.

2. Costing & Profitability

• Prepare site-wise and client-wise P&L and profitability.
• Monitor food, labour, consumable, LPG and other operating costs.
• Establish food/recipe costing and monitor actual vs. standard consumption.
• Identify cost leakages, wastage and loss-making sites.
• Drive margin and EBITDA improvement.

3. MIS & Reporting

• Develop timely Company-wise, Site-wise and Client-wise MIS.
• Monitor revenue, food cost, labour cost, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital and cost per meal.
• Ensure timely monthly financial reporting to management.

4. Accounts, Compliance & Controls

• Oversee accounting, monthly closing, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Strengthen SOPs, internal controls and audit compliance.

5. Working Capital & Commercial Finance

• Monitor receivables, collections, payables and cash flow.
• Review client billing, deductions, escalations and contract terms.
• Support commercial teams in rate revisions and contract negotiations.

6. Cost & Process Improvement

• Work with Operations and Procurement to control purchase costs, inventory, wastage and manpower costs.
• Improve ERP/MIS systems and automate financial reporting.
• Standardise finance processes across all 3 companies.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
