Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore for a 6‑month period. You’ll get hands‑on exposure to finance, accounting, and compliance operations in a deep‑tech startup. Outstanding performers may be offered a full‑time role after the training period.

What You Will Do

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for business decisions.
Handle accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, GST compliance, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Contribute to ad‑hoc finance projects supporting business operations.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
CA aspirants (pursuing CA, IPCC/Inter cleared) are strongly preferred.
Strong interest in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI, Tally, Zoho, or other accounting tools is a plus.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
