Job description

Cash Flow & Funding:

• Preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
• Basis the forecast suggests on the investment opportunities

Budgeting & MIS:

• Support in monthly MIS reports & presentation
• Support in the annual budgeting and planning process

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Support the accounts payable operations, vendor payments, employee expenses & vendor co-ordinations.
• Support the accounts receivable activities.
• Follow-up with clients for collections.

Financial Software:

• Actively participate in development of software for driving the automation
• Be the point of contact between Finance and IT for any ERP/ software related issues

Skills required:

• 5-6 Years of experience
• Experience within the Engineering and Construction industry preferred
• Hand on experience of Ind AS
• Coordinating treasury, payables, audit activities, IT development and support in the month and year end book closure process
• Good communication skills required to work effectively with India and US leadership
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle/SAP/QuickBooks)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a strong knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs
• Commitment to completion of work within the timelines
• Problem-solving ability
