Job summary

Shemaroo Entertainment seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee banking and financial operations for the company and its group entities.

You will manage credit facilities renewals, cash flow, inventory valuation, regulatory compliance, and bank reporting. Strong skills in banking products, treasury, and financial reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have BCOM / CA Inter / MBA Finance / CA qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, working capital financing, treasury operations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills.
• Proactive approach and good coordination with other departments.
• Core accounting knowledge and working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deal with banks on a day-to-day basis for company and group companies.
• Handle end-to-end process of credit facilities, including renewals and documentation.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly bank reports and liaison with banks.
• Obtain projections from other departments and compare with actuals.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
• Collate data from revenue/cost streams and prepare reports as per formats.
• Manage external rating, stock statements, ASM Audit, Due Diligence etc.
• Manage other banking operations for the company and group.

Summary:

This role involves comprehensive oversight of banking and financial operations for Shemaroo and its group companies. Responsibilities include the renewal and arrangement of credit facilities, management of cash flow, valuation of inventory and assets, external credit assessments, and compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• The person will required to deal with banks on a day to day basis for company & group company.
• Handle the end-to-end process of credit facilities, including renewals, enhancements, documentation, and compliance with sanction terms.
• Responsible for monthly / quarterly reporting to banks as per the applicable formats, liasoning with banks for various matters.
• Responsible for Obtain projection from other department and prepare variance vis--vis actual.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements.
• Will be required to collate data from various streams of revenue / costs and prepare the reports as per the formats required
• Look after periodical requirements like external rating, stock statement, Inventory Valuation, ASM Audit, Due Diligence etc.
• Manage other banking operations for the company and group companies

Preferred candidate profile

• BCOM Graduate/ CA Inter/ MBA Finance/CA
• 4 yrs+ if B .COM, CA Inter or MBA.
• If CA, then fresher to 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, working capital financing, treasury operations, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and management skills
• Proactive approach
