ITC Limited Foods Business Division (24 Mantra Organic) invites CMA-qualified professionals to join as Finance Trainee / Executive in Hyderabad. The role focuses on costing, plant finance, GST compliance, and invoice processing within a manufacturing setup.

You will analyse costs, prepare cost sheets, support budgeting, handle ITC reconciliation, and ensure accurate vendor invoicing. This position offers growth in a dynamic FMCG finance environment with ERP exposure (SAP ECC/HANA).

Qualifications

• CMA-qualified with focus on costing and manufacturing finance.
• Experience with costing, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Familiarity with GST and tax compliance in a manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities

• Costing & cost analysis: prepare product cost sheets and analyse costs.
• Plant finance: assist budgeting, reporting, and cost control at plant level.
• GST & tax compliance: assist GST calculations, ITC reconciliation, documentation.
• Invoice processing & other finance activities: verify vendor bills and entries.

Job Description Finance Trainee / Executive

Designation: Finance Trainee / Executive (Based on Experience)
Qualification: CMA (Cost and Management Accountancy)

Location: Hyderabad / Medchal

Job Summary

We are looking for a CMA-qualified candidate to support costing, plant finance, GST compliance, and invoice processing, with a primary focus on cost analysis and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Costing & Cost Analysis

• Prepare product cost sheets and analyse raw material, packaging, labour, processing, and overhead costs.
• Analyse cost variances, material consumption, production yield, and wastage.
• Support standard costing, inventory valuation, cost reconciliation, and cost optimisation.
• Prepare costing reports and MIS in coordination with production, procurement, and stores teams.

2. Plant Finance

• Support plant budgeting, financial reporting, and manufacturing expense monitoring.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation, stock valuation, and plant-level cost control.

3. GST & Tax Compliance

• Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
• Verify GST invoices and maintain compliance documentation.

4. Invoice Processing & Other Finance Activities

• Verify and process vendor bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in accounting entries and vendor account reconciliation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of costing, cost analysis, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of plant finance, GST, and invoice processing.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and HANA or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination abilities.

A CMA-qualified candidate with a strong interest in manufacturing finance, costing, and cost control. The designation will be offered as

Finance Trainee or Finance Executive based on the candidates experience and skill set.
