Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce with relevant experience.
• Proficient in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries (purchases, receipts, payments, expenses).
• Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books accounting software.
• Prepare GST working, returns, and reconciliation.
• Manage TDS computation and returns filing.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist in monthly closing and MIS reports.
• Support in budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax and other regulations.
• Overdue follow-up (Corporate, Retail, Customer).
• Should be aware of P&L.
• MIS reporting.

The Finance Executive will responsible for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting activities, and compliance requirements. The role includes handling bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting management with accurate financial data for decision-making.
