Job summary

Johnfinlay is seeking a capable finance professional to lead day-to-day accounting and financial control activities in a Virtual CFO capacity. The role covers accounting, tax compliance, audits, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow management to drive strategic decisions.

You will coordinate statutory and internal audits, liaise with banks and authorities, and provide actionable financial insights to management to support cost control, efficiency, and growth across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and ensure TDS compliance.
• Handle Income Tax and GST assessments, notices, litigations, and refunds.
• Finalize books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Coordinate Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit activities.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
