Job summary

Hector Beverages is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance team. The role requires strong numerical skills, knowledge of GST/TDS, and ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The candidate will handle bookkeeping, vendor and customer accounts, and assist with monthly and yearly closings, ensuring compliance and accurate financial records. Collaborative finance team environment and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a formal degree in commerce or accounting and understanding of GST/TDS.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance.
• 0 Handle accounts payable/receivable processes.
• 3 Prepare invoices, vouchers, and reconcile accounts.
• 4 Maintain bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• 5 Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• 6 Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• 7 Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• 8 Maintain accurate financial documents and records.
• 9 Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• 10 Generate MIS reports and assist management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, good knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and reconcile vendor/customer accounts.
• Maintain bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Generate MIS reports and assist management with financial data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semi-qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance candidates can be considered.
