Job summary

Hector Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Founder's Office professional to work directly with the founder and senior leaders in Bangalore. You will own zero-to-hero projects that drive revenue and growth, partnering across teams to launch initiatives and push key metrics.

You will solve cross-functional puzzles, build models, and shape the roadmap with real-world insights, contributing to strategic decisions and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• CA or IIT/BITS - BTech grad with 1–3 years of experience and strong business acumen.
• Hands-on with data and analytics — can build models and interpret results.
• Comfortable building and deploying AI/ML models for forecasting and optimization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with readiness to own initiatives.
