Job summary

Hector Beverages Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a CFA Manager to oversee Carrying & Forwarding Agent operations and support warehousing, inventory management, transportation and distribution.

You will coordinate between warehouses, logistics partners and distributors to ensure smooth product movement, accurate stock and timely order fulfillment. Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in CFA, warehousing or logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of CFA operations, warehousing or logistics experience.
• Experience in e-commerce supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CFA operations and support warehousing, inventory management, transportation and distribution activities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with warehousing and logistics regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports as required.

Reporting To: Planning & Logistics Head

Role Summary

The CFA Manager will be responsible for managing Carrying & Forwarding Agent (CFA) operations and supporting warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution activities. The role ensures smooth coordination across warehouses, logistics partners, and distributors to enable efficient product movement and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Warehousing & Storage

• Manage warehouse operations and inventory.
• Ensure proper storage and stock maintenance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.

Logistics & Transportation

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements.
• Ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Track logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Coordinate the receipt of goods from manufacturing units.
• Process orders and ensure timely dispatch to distributors.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain operational and statutory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and logistics regulations.
• Support audits and compliance-related requirements.

Inventory Control

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Help prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in CFA operations and warehouse management .
• Knowledge of freight inward and outward handling .
• Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in CFA Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, preferably within the E-Commerce
