Aezion, Inc. is seeking a Finance Executive to join our Bengaluru team on-site. The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and involves day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, payroll support, and compliance tasks.

This is a full-time position with focus on accuracy and timely financial reporting. The candidate will work under the Finance Manager and CFO, ensuring complete, reliable records and adherence to statutory requirements while supporting internal reporting and banking

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance support.
• GST, TDS, and payroll processing knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting; professional coursework (CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, services, or technology-driven organisations is an advantage.

Role Objective:

The Executive is responsible for accurate and timely execution of day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance support, payroll assistance, receivables and payables processing, and banking operations.

The role ensures that accounting records are complete, reliable, and compliant, and that all finance operations support timely closures, statutory compliance, and internal reporting. While overall ownership of the finance function rests with the Finance Manager and CFO, this role carries direct responsibility for execution accuracy and discipline.

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
• Hands-on experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, and compliance support
• Exposure to GST, TDS, and payroll processing preferred
