Job summary

Deltek in Bengaluru, India, seeks a seasoned ERP and data-integration specialist to support and enhance core financial systems. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, Tax, and Audit teams to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions and integrations.

You will design, configure, and deliver ERP enhancements across the full lifecycle, lead ERP integrations with adjacent platforms, and leverage iPaaS to ensure secure, auditable interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting ERP platforms and core financial modules.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition, Billing.
• Ability to design, configure, and deliver ERP enhancements across full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP integrations between financial systems and adjacent platforms (CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouses, vendors).
• Utilize iPaaS to build, monitor, and support secure interfaces.
• Provide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for ERP, integration, and data issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery (backlog, sprint planning, testing, releases).
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and PMs to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Maintain architectural diagrams, integration docs, and runbooks.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Engage in code reviews and change management for new apps and updates.

• Support, maintain, and enhance ERP platforms and core financial systems, including General Ledger, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and connected systems.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, Tax, and Audit teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs and solutions.
• Design, configure, and deliver ERP enhancements across the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Lead and contribute to ERP integrations between financial systems and adjacent platforms such as CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouses, and third‑party vendors.
• Utilize integration platforms (iPaaS) to build, monitor, and support reliable, secure, and auditable system interfaces.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex ERP, integration, and data issues, ensuring accuracy of financial data and system reliability.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release management for ERP and finance‑related initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business system analysts, developers, and project managers to evaluate technical options and deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, integration documentation, and operational runbooks to support system integrity, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve processes, data quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
