The ideal candidate is a qualified CA or MBA-Finance with strong Excel, Oracle ERP experience and excellent stakeholder engagement. This role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and proactive financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to address all performance issues
• Liaise with Regional SSC contacts as a key point of contact
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Develop, produce and review various business reports
• Support month end closing; participate in process improvement activities
• Review inter-company reconciliations and work with GSSC to generate missing postings
• Take ownership of various balance sheet reconciliations
• Participate in P&L analytics, forecasting, budgeting and providing the walk to senior finance leadership

Job Description

The Finance Controller will manage the General Accountants team in Bangalore and will be responsible for processing clear reconciliations and a group of reports on behalf of multiple entities around the group in multiple regions. This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of the figures.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the team to address all performance issues
• Liaise with Regional SSC contacts as a key point of contact
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Develop, Produce and review various business reports
• Support month end closing Participate in process improvement activities
