Egis is seeking a General Accountant in Bangalore to manage intercompany reconciliations and related reporting for multiple group entities across regions.

You will coordinate with finance teams, prepare confirmations, maintain audit trails and support group consolidation while driving process improvements.

Essential: management experience, attention to detail, Excel and data handling, strong communication, Oracle ERP, deadlines, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in accounting or financial control roles.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and group reporting.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate intercompany reconciliations across global entities; investigate and resolve mismatches.
• Coordinate with counterparty finance teams to agree on balances within defined timelines.
• Prepare and review intercompany confirmations and support audit queries.
• Support intercompany eliminations during group consolidation.
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all intercompany transactions
• Drive process improvements and standardisation across intercompany processes globally.

About the Role

As a team of General Accountants in Bangalore, you will be responsible for processing clear reconciliations and a group of reports on behalf of multiple entities around the group in multiple regions. This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of the figures.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure timely and accurate intercompany reconciliations across global entities; investigate and resolve mismatches.
