Responsibilities

• Lead General Accountants team and manage performance issues.
• Coordinate with Regional SSC contacts and regulators across regions.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Develop, produce and review financial reports for multiple entities.
• Support month-end closing and drive process improvements.
• Review inter-company reconciliations and coordinate postings with GSSC.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to P&L analytics.

Job Description

The Finance Controller will manage the General Accountants team in Bangalore and will be responsible for processing clear reconciliations and a group of reports on behalf of multiple entities around the group in multiple regions. This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of the figures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the team to address all performance issues
• Liaise with Regional SSC contacts as a key point of contact
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Develop, Produce and review various business reports
• Support month end closing Participate in process improvement activities
• Review Inter-company reconciliations and work with GSSC to generate missing postings
• Take ownership of various balance sheet reconciliations
• Participating in P&L Analytics, Forecasting, Budgeting and providing the walk to Senior finance leadership

Qualifications
