Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Chartered Accountant to own the month-end close, ensure GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC compliance, and build robust internal controls across finance functions in Bengaluru.

You will manage cash, budgets, forecasts, and investor/board reporting while collaborating with Operations and Product to automate processes as we scale.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with strong fundamentals in accounting, Ind AS, GST, and TDS.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to build processes from scratch with high ownership.
• Comfortable with Zoho Books (or similar) and Excel / Google Sheets; open to AI tools.
• 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, audit, or finance, ideally at a start-up, retail, or healthcare business.
