Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 10–12 years of experience.
• Experience managing finance for a 50–300 crore revenue company.
• Startup/scale-up experience strongly preferred.
• E-commerce, quick commerce, retail or D2C accounting experience is an added advantage.
• Proven experience building or scaling a finance function.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on approach in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with fundraising, financial due diligence, cap table management, and board reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with investors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting, AR/AP, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Finalize Trial Balances and provisions monthly and quarterly.
• Prepare monthly MIS, board decks, and investor reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
• Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements.
• Handle financial due diligence, cap table management, and fundraising support.
• Lead audits and ensure timely completion.
• Design financial policies, internal controls, and approval workflows.
