Job summary

Prior exposure to startups, retail, or healthcare sectors is preferred, with a focus on building robust financial controls and scalable processes for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.
• Hands-on experience in financial accounting, monthly closing, and account reconciliations.
• Practical experience managing GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in audits, internal controls, and MIS reporting.
• Experience delivering accurate investor and board reporting, including financial reports and management information.
• Prior experience in a startup, retail, or healthcare company is preferred.
