Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Finance professional to enable business with analytics for Super Speciality, Ecom and Retail segments. The role emphasizes financial oversight, governance, and robust controls to drive growth and profitability.

The incumbent will partner with business units, approve pricing and trade schemes, and help implement automation to streamline operations. Pharma background is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA/CWA with 5-7 years of experience with sharp analytics, good communication, effective collaboration and business partner
• Preferably from Pharma background

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan preparation and identify levers for revenue, mix and margin improvement.
• Collaborate with business teams to ideate, strategize, and achieve the Annual Operating Plan.
• Track performance with BU’s, provide insightful data & analytics to drive efficiency.
• Approve pricing, discounts and trade schemes and establish guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day business partnering and support operations.
• Monitor internal controls and processes, identify improvements and implement controls.
• Drive process simplification and automation and lead projects.
• Enhance governance and improve overall business hygiene.
• Conduct regular market visits to gain business insight.
• Monthly book closing activities

Job Description

Purpose-

• To enable business with insightful data / analytics for key decision making related to Super Speciality Business, Ecom and Retail Business
• To have adequate financial oversight and controls on Business operations
• To ensure robust governance and control mechanism’s are established
• Effective business partnering and drive growth and profitability of business

Responsibility

• Support the business in preparation of annual operating plan and identify levers for revenue,mix and margin improvement opportunities. Annula Business size-1000Cr
• Closely work with business teams to ideate, strategize, and help them achieve the Annual Operating Plan
• Closely working with BU’s to track their performance, support them with insightful data & analytics and drive the efficiency of business
• Approval for pricing, discount and trade schemes and establishing guidelines
• Effective business partnering and supporting business in day to day operations
• Monitoring overall functioning of internal controls & process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate controls & process to facilitate smooth business functioning
• Drive simplification & automation of processes and lead the projects
• Enhancing governance mechanism’s and improving the overall business hygiene
• Regular market visits to gain insight on the business

• Monthly book closing activities

Qualifications

Must have Experiences, Exposure and Educational background
