Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Field Manager for Rural operations responsible for finance-led sales analytics and business insights. You will prepare monthly reports, maintain MIS, and drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with cross-functional teams.

The role demands strong analytical capability, regulatory awareness, and collaboration across functions. Education in finance with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is mandatory.
• Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• CMA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly sales reports and MIS statements including P&L and OE analysis.
• Build and maintain a robust sales and throughput database for performance tracking.
• Create presentations for monthly and business reviews with detailed analysis of performance drivers.

\" Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare monthly sales reports and comprehensive MIS statements, including P&L, operating expense (OE) analysis, and variance analysis, while discussing key variances with stakeholders for accurate interpretation. Build and maintain a robust sales and throughput database to support financial performance tracking and business insights generation. Create impactful presentations for monthly and business review meetings, providing detailed analysis of performance drivers to aid strategic decision-making. Conduct analytical reviews of sales under both IGAAP and IFRS frameworks, including top-product performance, QoQ variance analysis, and collaboration with front-end teams for business rationale. Consolidate and analyze sales data to support variance and growth analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) during annual budget preparation. Prepare monthly Latest Estimates (LE) by integrating real-time market and business developments to improve forecasting accuracy and agility. Perform regular peer benchmarking—both internal and external—to assess performance in the context of competitors and industry trends. Execute finance automation and simplification projects within the business unit, while also delivering ad hoc analytics to support targeted profit initiatives.

Educational Qualification Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is mandatory. Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications such as Cost and Management Accountants (CMA), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum Work Experience 3+ years of experience.
