Duruper is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, cash-flow management, audit readiness, and effective financial governance. Exposure to gold loans, bullion, NBFC, or financial services is strongly preferred.

The role requires CA certification, 10+ years of experience with at least 3 in leadership, and hands-on work with Tally, SAP, Oracle, and MS Excel.

Formación

• CA certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership/controllership role.
• Experience in gold loan, NBFC, bullion trading, jewellery, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP, Income Tax, GST, and RBI/NBFC regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Proven experience managing statutory and internal audits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in line with Ind AS/IGAAP.
• Establish and monitor strong internal financial controls and manage monthly closing, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present MIS, financial reports, and dashboards to senior management and the Board.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, RBI/NBFC regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage cash flow, fund positions, working capital, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
• Oversee gold inventory valuation, hedging, and price-risk management where applicable.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation controls.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team and coordinate with other business functions.
