Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical capabilities to translate raw financial data into strategic narratives that influence executive decision-making.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 – 20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Koramangala, Bangalore, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving business needs.

• Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks to mitigate operational risks and ensure the integrity of financial transactions across jewellery manufacturing and lending verticals.
• Manage the entire statutory audit process and regulatory compliance landscape, ensuring the organization adheres to all NBFC-specific guidelines and IFRS standards.
• Oversee treasury functions and banking operations to optimize liquidity, manage credit risk, and ensure efficient working capital management.
