Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bangalore is seeking a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory filings, and MIS reporting. The role requires hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP9, GST, TDS, advanced Excel, and Power BI.

The candidate will prepare financial statements, support audits, and coordinate with CA firms. Immediate joiners preferred; work from office in Bangalore.

Competenze

• B.Com / M.Com with strong academic record.
• 2–4 years of Finance/Accounts experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime / ERP9.
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and audit support.
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Experience in MIS and financial reporting.
• Power BI experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime / ERP9.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statements, MIS reports, and project reports.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation (BRS), ledger scrutiny, AP/AR, vendor bills and payments.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Perform GST reconciliation and support GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B filing.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments and quarterly returns (24Q/26Q).
• Maintain project-wide accounting, cost allocation and WIP tracking.
• Prepare Power BI dashboards and Advanced Excel financial models.
• Support RERA compliance and maintain project-related records.

Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive with strong hands‑on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and MIS. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Advanced Excel, and financial reporting.
