Job summary

Incepbio Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate - Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end bookkeeping and daily bank transactions at our JP Nagar, Bangalore onsite location. The role requires 4–5 years of experience and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll-related compliances, with proficiency in Tally.

The candidate should handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, E-way billing, ledger maintenance, and stock entry for materials, while coordinating with other systems

Qualifications

• End to End Bookkeeping and daily bank transactions
• GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax compliances
• Experience with Tally and other systems

Responsibilities

• Handle day today bank transactions and consolidate on daily basis.
• End to End Bookkeeping
• Handle compliances including - GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc.
• Keep track of Accounts Payable & Receivables
• Bank Reconciliations
• E-way Billing
• Maintaining Ledger
• Maintaining & recording Receipts, vouchers, petty cash
• Purchase, Sales, stock registers including entry for inwards & outwards entry of materials.
• Should have experienced in working in tally and knowledge of other system and processes.
