Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bangalore is seeking a meticulous Finance & Compliance Executive to manage books in Tally Prime/ERP9, ensure statutory compliance, and prepare financial reports for management.

The role includes building Power BI dashboards, budgeting, and supporting audits. 2–3 years' commerce background required; immediate to 15 days' notice; work six days a week in office; transportation not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining books in Tally Prime / ERP 9.
• GST, TDS, and audit support exposure preferred.
• Comfort with Power BI dashboards and Excel models.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: balance sheets, cash flows, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Power BI / MIS & Dashboards: build dashboards for collections, receivables and KPIs; automate MIS reports.
• Tally Prime / ERP 9 & Accounting: day-to-day books, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Compliance & Statutory Filings: GST reconciliation, TDS returns, GST returns, RERA reporting, audits support.

Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance & Compliance Executive to work closely with our Head of Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts in Tally, supporting statutory compliance activities, and preparing financial reports and business intelligence dashboards that help management make informed decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare Projected Balance Sheet and Provisional Balance Sheet for management review and banker submissions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Cash Flow Statements (direct and indirect method)
• Develop Budget Forecasts and track actuals vs. budgeted figures with variance analysis
• Prepare comprehensive Project Reports & Financial Analysis for new and ongoing projects
• Prepare MIS reports project-wise P&L, cost-to-completion analysis, and cash flow summaries
• Assist in preparation of final Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and financial statements for management review

Power BI / MIS & Dashboards

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking project collections, receivables, expenses, and KPIs
• Design Advanced Excel models for financial projections, sensitivity analysis, and budget tracking
• Present financial data and insights clearly to senior management on a monthly basis
• Automate routine MIS reports and ensure timely delivery of dashboards to stakeholders.

Tally Prime / ERP 9 & Accounting

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Prime / ERP 9 across all ongoing projects
• Pass journal entries, manage ledgers, and ensure accurate classification of all transactions
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a weekly and monthly basis
• Process vendor bills, contractor payments, and manage accounts payable / receivable
• Conduct ledger scrutiny and flag discrepancies promptly
• Maintain project-wise accounting with proper cost allocation and WIP tracking

Compliance & Statutory Filings

• Handle GST Reconciliation match GSTR-2A / GSTR-2B with books and resolve mismatches
• Compute TDS on applicable payments, deposit challans on time, and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) in coordination with the CA firm
• Maintain RERA-compliant flat booking registers and assist in preparing quarterly RERA progress reports
• Support internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

Tally : Hands-on working experience in Tally Prime or ERP 9 must be

able to demonstrate

Compliance : Practical exposure to GST filing, TDS returns, and audit

support (not just theoretical)

Reporting : Proficiency in Advanced Excel; Power BI experience is a strong plus.
