Job summary

Sand Martin Consultants in Gurgaon is seeking a Client Reporting Specialist to support the Wealth team with accurate client reporting, document preparation, and administrative support.

You will collaborate with Advisors and Client Reporting Analysts to prepare client-ready reports, meeting packs, and MDA reports, ensuring data validation, formatting, and timely delivery while maintaining client data in Praemium and other systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client reporting / financial reporting / investment operations.
• Experience in wealth management / financial services preferred.
• Strong end-to-end client reporting / portfolio reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end preparation of WM client reporting and meeting packs.
• Produce high-quality reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and final quality checks.

Role Overview:-We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Client Reporting Specialist to support the Wealth team in delivering accurate, high-quality client reporting, document preparation, and administrative support. The role involves working closely with Advisors, Associate Advisors, and Client Reporting Analysts to prepare client-ready reports, meeting packs, and MDA reports within strict deadlines. You will be responsible for data validation, report formatting using Excel and PowerPoint, and maintaining client data in systems such as Praemium. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively in an offshore/onshore team model while ensuring timely, compliant, and professional delivery of all reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Reporting & Administration

• Support end-to-end preparation of WM client reporting and meeting packs
• Produce high-quality reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and final quality checks
• Collect and input client data ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery
• Maintain templates and improve reporting processes

Teamwork & Delivery

• Ensure all daily and periodic reporting tasks are completed on time

Data Management

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in client reporting / financial reporting / investment operations
• Experience in wealth management / financial services / funds / professional services preferred
• Strong experience in end-to-end client reporting / portfolio reporting
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Excel (formulas, data analysis, reconciliation)
• PowerPoint (presentation formatting and reporting packs)
• Experience handling large datasets and producing client-ready outputs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Praemium, SS&C, or similar platforms
• Exposure to reporting automation or process improvement
• Knowledge of investment markets and financial instruments
