Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations.
• Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts.
• Prepare/review schedules/tables and analyze basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc.
• Prepare/review the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs.
• Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report.
• Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc.
• Prepare other decks and reports wherever required.
