Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate specialized in due diligence for CA professionals.

The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support informed decisions, including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity. You will prepare and review DD reports, frame findings for investors, and contribute to financial metric research and data visualization.

Qualifications

• CA with 2-4 years of core finance, audit & taxation experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial and Tax Due diligence including bank, GST, TDS, PF, and PT reconciliations
• Conduct basic ledger scrutiny from books of accounts
• Preparing/reviewing schedules/tables and analyzing basic trends and movements of revenue, expenses, working capital, etc., and identifying any extraordinary movements or changes
• Preparing/reviewing the DD report with Company overview and factual inputs.
• Framing of findings, observations, and notes to investors to be incorporated in the DD report based on the above points
• Research on financial metrics like market size, beta, etc

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insightful reports and recommendations for informed decision-making.
