Job Responsibility

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments.
• Follow up customers for payments.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial entries.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and returns.
• Help in preparing supporting documents for audits and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for accounting-related queries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
• 1 - 4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheet and accounting software (Zoho books preferred.).
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Pursuing CA (Final) or completed CA Inter / CMA Inter.
• Experience with ERP systems or cloud-based accounting tools.
• Exposure to payroll accounting and MIS reporting.
• Availability within 15-30 days.
