Job summary

Vandey Consultancy Services seeks a Finance Associate to support accounting and finance controls locally and globally. You will ensure our financial system adheres to internal policies and applicable laws, working within a globally innovative organization with a motivated team.

You will process transactions, assist audits, support payroll, and help manage bank reconciliations and compliance activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Responsible for processing business transactions, invoices, and trade receivables and managing cash flow statements.
• Keep track of the payments received from clients.
• Assist during the Audit.
• To assist with statutory audits.
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
• Prepare the daily payments, vendor payable and reimbursement list for payments.
• Responsible for ensuring reconciliation of bank accounts, AP GL accounts, and employee travel statements
• Assist with compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum 2-4 year of relevant work experience in finance/accounting.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
