Job summary

Zoho in Bengaluru is seeking a Finance Associate to support accounting and finance controls locally and globally. You will ensure financial systems and procedures comply with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations, contributing to an innovative global organization with a highly motivated team.

You will handle transaction processing, invoicing, cash flow management, payroll support, and audits, while maintaining organized records and ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process business transactions, invoices, and trade receivables; manage cashflow statements.
• Keep track of payments received from clients.
• Assist during audits and statutory audits.
• Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records.
• Prepare daily payments, vendor payables and reimbursements lists.
• Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts, AP GL accounts, and travel statements.
• Assist with compliance activities.

Main Responsibility and Activities:

• Responsible for processing business transactions, invoices, and trade receivables and managing cashflow statements.
• Keep track of the payments received from clients.
• Assist during the Audit.
• To assist with statutory audits.
• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records.
• Prepare the daily payments, vendor payable and reimbursement list for payments.
• Responsible for ensuring reconciliation of bank accounts, AP GL accounts, and employee travelstatements
• Assist with compliance activities.

Requirements

Education Qualification & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Minimum 2-4 year of relevant work experience in finance/accounting.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
