Performance Based Pay:

Pay will be performance based. Competitive performance based pay. Fixed monthly stipend amount would not be paid. Internship Completion Certificate will be issued only to those who generate revenue.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Marketing Intern to join our team. This unique dual-role internship offers a comprehensive experience, allowing the intern to contribute to both the financial and marketing operations of our company. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in understanding the intersection of finance and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities (approx. 50% of time):

• Create a Platform/Marketplace for any Product and Service without commissions and Platform/Marketplace fees!
• Launch legally saving taxes (GST, Income, Capital Gains, Stamp Duty, Registration,etc.)
• Generate additional income from Assets
• Use existing bank to create own banking system
• Get Returns on Expenses
• Provide benefits of a Private Limited Company without having to start one!

Marketing Responsibilities (approx. 50% of time):

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior and competitor activities.
• Help manage and update the company’s social media channels and website content.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance data to generate reports and insights.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for marketing events or trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software like Mailchimp, or content management systems like WordPress) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong attention to detail.
